What items are returnable?
- Any proganics product for sale on our website (shipping charges are not refundable)
- Within 30 days of receipt of your order
- Must be in original condition, unopened, undamaged and in a re-salable condition
- Product must have been kept sealed in a cool and dry environment without any signs of contamination
- Orders made directly on the proganics.com.au website from 24/2/2018
- Returns only available for purchases that are delivered within Australia
Why is a product not refundable?
- If there are any signs of contamination of the product
- If the product hasn't been kept sealed and has been openned
- Products purchased through retailers
- Purchases from outside of Australia
- Returns lost or damaged in transit. If you have opted for insurance with Australia Post please discuss this directly with them.
Are there any charges for a return?
- There are no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if you've qualified for free shipping on our site we have absorbed the shipping costs and the exact cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund)

- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
