Each snack is packed full of prebiotic fibre to help nourish the growth of good gut bacteria while also being loaded with 500 million heat stable good probiotics to promote good gut health.

You don't have to add oil, butter, milk, eggs or any other ingredient!  Only water is added to make the most delicious and moist brownies and muffins.

Make 8 low sugar, gut healthy muffins or 10 low sugar, gut healthy brownies in 6 easy steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced). 

Step 2

Empty the entire packet of baking mix into a large mixing bowl. 

Step 3

Add water to the powder and mix using a spatula or whisk until combined. 

Step 4

Lightly grease or line a muffin tray and scoop out the mixture evenly to fill 8 muffin cases or a brownie baking tray. 

Step 5

Bake muffins for 25 minutes or brownies for 17 minutes.

Step 6

Allow to cool on a cooling rack. Serve at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.


Our muffins and brownies are delicious straight from the packet but you may want to use our mixture as a base and add some delicious add-ins like fresh raspberries into the brownie mix before cooking or more blueberries into the muffin mix.  Chocolate, white chocolate, fruit (our powdered peanut butter) are all amazing add-ins.

A gluten free grain that grows like corn in warm dry climates, Organic Sorghum is grown and milled in Australia and is rich in fibre, calcium, protein, iron and potassium and is known to have a high antioxidant profile.

Organic Tapioca Flour

Organic Tapioca Flour helps to provide structure to our baking mixes and is a gluten free flour made from the cassava plant.  It is milled into a flour without the use of any chemical bleaching, alcohol or additives.

Organic Brown Rice Flour

Made from Japonica Brown Rice grown in Australia, Organic Brown Rice Flour is high in fibre and a rich source of manganese while being a good source of selenium, phosphorus, copper, magnesium and vitamin B3 (Niacin).

Organic Buckwheat Flour

Milled into a flour in Australia, Organic Buckwheat Flour is naturally gluten free and is a source of high fibre, high protein that is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Organic Erythritol

A natural sweetener found in fruits and fermented foods, Organic Erythritol is produced naturally by fermenting corn and has no affect on blood sugar and insulin levels.
