The 'I Hate Mornings' Green Smoothie

If you are one of the 41% of Australians that skip breakfast then here is a simple and great tasting smoothie that is packed full of the right ingredients to start your day right without impacting your sleep in.

You'll need:

  • 1 scoop of Proganics Organic Whey Vanilla
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 25g LSA 
  • 250ml of cold water (or your favourite milk if you want to feel fuller for longer)

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
