If you are one of the 41% of Australians that skip breakfast then here is a simple and great tasting smoothie that is packed full of the right ingredients to start your day right without impacting your sleep in. You'll need: 1 scoop of Proganics Organic Whey Vanilla 2 large handfuls of spinach 1 frozen banana 25g LSAÂ 250ml of cold water (or your favourite milk if you want to feel fuller for longer) Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. There is nothing more nutritious than our Proganics Deluxe Smoothie.  Packed full of protein, fibre and vitamins there is no better way to start your day to keep you fuller for longer. You'll need: 1 scoop Proganics Certified Organic Whey Vanilla 250g frozen strawberries 1 frozen bananas 125ml unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon LSA Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor (we use our nutri ninja). Blend the ingredients until you have a smoothie consistency.  Add small amounts of cold water if the consistency is to thick. Top with your favourite fruit and enjoy....
