Salted Caramel Protein Balls using Organic Whey

You'll need:
- 24 Dates
- 16 Cashews
- 2 tablespoons of Pumpkins Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Tahini
- 3 scoops of PROGANICS Organic Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- Desiccated Coconut (to roll the finished balls in)
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until they combine and form a ball. You may need to add a small amount of water if your dates are dry and it doesn't form into a ball within 2 minutes.
When the mixture has combined, portion the mixture into balls as large or small as you like and roll in desiccated coconut and enjoy.
