Lemon Bliss Proganics Protein Balls

Do you need a little zest in your life?  If so, you have to try these amazing Lemon Bliss Protein Balls using our Proganics Organic Whey.  

You'll need:

  • ¾ cup of Proganics Vanilla Organic Whey
  • ½ cup of melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cup of shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice + zest to taste (1/3 of the lemon)
  • 2 tbsp of coconut flour

    This is hands down the easiest recipe to prepare.  Simply add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. Mould into balls and roll in shredded coconut to finish. Place balls in the fridge to set. Makes approximately 10 balls.

    Macro Nutrients per large ball:

    • Protein - 8.3g
    • Fat - 16.7g (mostly monounsaturated fats)
    • Carbohydrate - 11.7g
