Cool down this summer with our Protein Ice Cream

Not coping in the sweltering heat?? Try this delicious high protein, healthy protein ice cream as a tasty and healthy alternative to cool down.

You'll need:

  • 2 scoops of Proganics Organic Whey Vanilla (or any flavour will do)
  • 100g Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 x Mango
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups low sugar yoghurt (Barambah Lactose Free works a treat)
  1. Blend the fresh fruit in a food processor until smooth
  2. Stir yoghurt, lemon juice and protein powder together
  3. Mix yoghurt mix in with the fresh fruit
  4. Place mixture into ice block mould 
  5. Freeze for 25 mins then add wooden sticks to each mould
  6. Freeze overnight and enjoy

Makes between 8-10 depending on the mould size
