Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Who said that you can't enjoy smoothie bowls all year round?
It is so important to start you day right and fuel your body with the right nutrition to keep you going until lunch. This awesome Blueberry Smoothie bowl is high in protein, high in fibre and packed full of vitamins and minerals. It is also so easy to prepare and can be enjoyed by the entire family.
You'll Need
- 1 serve of PROGANICS Organic Plant Protein (you can also use PROGANICS Certified Organic Whey Protein)
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (40g)
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Maca Powder
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or Low Fat Milk)
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings
